Individual Coaching

Phone (or Zoom) 50-minute sessions, partnering to move forward on client’s agenda, and defined objectives.  A 4-month engagement is most common starting point.  Why is phone my go-to?  The level of listening required to be a great coach works best for me without other distractions. The brain can process information 5x faster than we can speak, which leaves a lot of room for other stimulus.  So, while I forego the eye contact and supportive nods, I’d like to think those come through in my voice. I know my ability to pick up on the client’s energy is definitely enhanced.

Professional Development Workshops & Training

Interactive courses focus on skill development as well as personal growth topics.  Examples:  Tactics to Better Manage Time, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Communication 101: basics for effective exchange, The Mindset of Maximizing Time, Leveraging Energy for Career Pivots or Transitions, Understanding and Celebrating Strengths.  Customized solutions are available.

Energy Leadership Index Assessments (ELI), Debriefs and Workshops

The ELI is an attitudinal assessment that measures your energy and approach, both in your daily life and under stress.  The Assessment shows us the filters we’ve developed that shape our perceptions, attitudes and behaviors.  Walking through the tool can raise your awareness of how you show up each day, what is draining your energy and why, and what other approaches are available to you. Group learning about energy leadership can be done in a workshop format.

Group Coaching

Perfect for teams working towards common objectives.  In-person preferred, length of engagement and of session varies. Hmmm….so why not the phone for group coaching?  In this case, the challenge of facilitating over the phone is the distraction. That coupled with the powerful interplay of the group dynamics; better to see it, feel it and use facilitation to make the most of the shared learning.

Everything DiSC Profiles, Debriefs and Workshops

The Everything DiSC Profiles are transformational tools to help you understand yourself and others.  The individual and group reports are especially useful in understanding communication styles, motivators and stressors. And, the discussions give individuals and managers a shared vocabulary to make real improvement in workplace relationships and performance.  Group learning and team building can be done in a workshop format.
